Our Fees
We can offer a variety of flexible payment options to our clients.
As an authorised law firm, we are required by the Solicitors Regulation Authority to provide clear and transparent information regarding our fees and services to clients and potential clients.
Free Initial Telephone Call
We do not charge for initial telephone calls in respect of either our personal immigration or business immigration services. When you contact us, one of our lawyers will be in touch with you very soon to find out more about your current situation, explore what issues you are facing and then guide you in the right direction as to your next steps.
Fixed Fees
We work on an agreed fixed fee basis. We will provide all fee information relevant to your case at the beginning of your case. Our fees are very competitive.
During your free initial telephone call, we will discuss your needs and requirements or what you want to be done and by when. This will enable us to offer you a fixed fee quotation for a detailed immigration advice consultation as well as a quotation for all of the work you need to be done on your matter as relevant. You can have an immigration advice consultation in person at our office, over the phone or through Zoom / Microsoft Teams / Skype. If, following your immigration advice consultation, you decide to instruct us to deal with your matter, we will deduct the immigration advice appointment fee from our standard overall total fee.
VAT
VAT will be added to our fees and disbursements at 20% where this is required by law. The requirement applies if your usual place of residence is in the UK. This includes if you have leave to remain, or previously had leave to remain in the UK but currently do not and are an overstayer. If you normally reside outside the UK or entered the UK without permission or as an asylum seeker and you do not yet have leave to remain, you are not normally liable to pay VAT.
Disbursements
If you instruct us to engage other advisers or service providers (such as a barrister, interpreter, translator or expert witnesses), they will be engaged by us acting as your agent and you will be responsible for their fees in addition to our own unless we agree otherwise and confirm the same to you in writing. You will also be responsible for any Home Office fees, Immigration Health Surcharge and Tribunal or Court fees where relevant. We will discuss with you whether any disbursements may be applicable.
Preparation & Submission of Applications
Our professional fees for preparing and submitting visa and immigration applications are calculated by considering the complexity of the case and the amount of work involved.
Our professional fee for preparing and submitting a relatively straightforward visa or immigration application is on average between £800 and £1,200. For applications of medium level complexity, our fee will be on average between £1,200 and £2,000. Our professional fee for preparing and submitting a more complex application is on average between £2,000 and £3,000.
Factors that may increase or decrease our fixed fee quotation include:
- the complexity of the issues in your case;
- the number of applicants (including any dependants);
- the number of supporting documents;
- how quickly you want your application to be done;
- whether you are an existing client.
If you cannot afford to pay our fixed fee in full at the start of your case, we may accept half of the fixed fee at the start of your case with the balance to be paid in full by the time your application has been fully prepared and is ready for submission. We offer favourable rates where there is more than one applicant or dependant and for pre-existing clients.

Appeal Preparation
Our professional fees for preparing immigration appeals at immigration appeal hearings are calculated by considering the complexity of the case and the amount of work involved. Our professional fee for preparing and submitting a relatively straightforward visa or immigration appeal to the First-tier Tribunal is on average between £1,500 and £2,000. For appeals of medium level complexity, our fee will be on average between £2,000 and £2,500. Our professional fee for preparing a more complex immigration appeal is on average between £2,500 and £3,000.
Factors that may increase or decrease our overall fee quote include:
- the complexity of the legal issues in the case;
- the number of appellants (including any dependants);
- the number of supporting documents or witnesses;
- how quickly your appeal needs to be prepared;
- the location where the appeal hearing will take place;
- whether you are an existing client.
If you cannot afford to pay our fixed fee in full at the start of your case, we may accept half of the fixed fee at the start of your case with the balance to be paid in full by a mutually agreed non-contingent fixed date confirmed in writing. We offer favourable rates where there is more than one applicant or dependant and for pre-existing clients.
If you require a quotation for a Reconsideration, an Administrative Review, an appeal to the Upper Tribunal or any other higher Court or for Judicial Review proceedings, please contact us for a quotation.
